We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team at Saint Theos a Grandtour Hospitality venture. We've been open for almost 3 years and this spot continues to be incredibly busy.We take the art of dining quite seriously and see it as the experience of the evening. It's all in the detail.Candidate musthave excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and organization, excels in leading and mentoring a healthy and productive team. Good attitude, problem solving skills and ability to manage a team of over 20 employees is a must. This position will include administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, purchasing, production management and internal communications.BOH MGMT Team is to consist of anExecutive chef, Exec Sous, a morning sous and two junior sous.The Ideal Culinary Candidate mustpossess also the following:Previous experience in Italian cooking, great work ethic and thoughtfulapproach.Proven ability to expedite busy dinner and lunch service.Ability to coordinate tasks and complete projects in a timely manner, and ensure the same for the kitchen team.Must possess a sense of urgency and be willing to assist others in reaching their goals.Work flexibility and a positive attitudeProblem Solver, Solution FinderHighly Competitive Hourly RateFull time position / 5 days a weekWeekend avaialbitly a must.If you are interested in joining us, we welcome you to submit your resume and the best number for you to be reached.
